目的 : 管理栄養士養成課程4年間の効果的な教育プログラムを検討するにあたっての基礎資料の作成にあたり、本研究では管理栄養士養成課程学生における基本コンピテンシー到達度と学習内容の理解度及び献立関連スキルの修得度との関連性を明らかにすることを目的とした。\n方法 : 管理栄養士養成施設1施設に在籍する1年次から4年次までの女子学生299人を対象に、管理栄養士の基本コンピテンシー到達度、導入教育に関わる学習内容の理解度及び献立関連スキル修得度について5段階の自己評価を行った(有効回答率86.0%)。基本コンピテンシー到達度については4項目(価値観、自己確信、意欲、態度)のスコアを合計し、16点以上を高値群,15点以下を低値群の2群に区分し、その他の評価項目については、4点以上を高値群、3点以下を低値群の2群に区分し、統計解析を行った。\n成績 : 学年を調整したロジスティック回帰分析の結果、導入教育に関わる学習内容7項目中6項目の理解度と献立関連スキル修得度の高値群は低値群に比べて、基本コンピテンシー高値群の割合が有意に高く、各オッズ比(95%信頼区間)は管理栄養士の業務内容(2.15(1.24-3.73))、管理栄養士・栄養士の役割(1.85(1.10-3.12))、傷病者・要介護者の栄養管理(3.12(1.55-6.30))、日本における食料需給の実態(2.45(1.45-4.15))、適切な情報収集・活用(1.93(1.15-3.21))、食事バランス(2.99(1.62-5.51)),献立関連スキル(4.74(2.61-8.61))であった。\n結論 :
