| 内容記述 | 従来の研究では，システム正当化によって自分が差別を受けているという認識（差別認識）が弱まることが示されてきた。本研究は，ジェンダーシステム正当化（GSJ）が女性の差別認識だけでなく，自分は女性であるおかげで優遇されているという認識（優遇認識）にも影響することを検討した。成人女性（N = 322）を対象に，職場における好意的性差別的な場面を刺激として提示し，差別認識と優遇認識を尋ねた。その結果，予測したように，GSJが強い女性ほど差別認識が弱く優遇認識が強いことが示された。本研究の結果は，女性が社会で経験する事象をどのように解釈してしまうかにGSJが関連することを示唆するものである。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Previous research has identified a negative correlation between system justification and individuals’ perception of discrimination. The present study examined whether gender system justification (GSJ) influences not only women’s perception of gender-based discrimination but also their perception of being privileged due to their gender. A sample of adult women (N = 322) was presented with workplace scenarios illustrating benevolent sexist behavior, and participants were asked to assess their perceptions of both discrimination and privilege. As hypothesized, the results indicated that higher levels of GSJ were associated with reduced perception of discrimination and increased perception of privilege. These findings suggest that GSJ is related to how women interpret events they experience in society. | |||||||||||||||||
