Thi s study analytically reviewed and introduced characteristi cs o f the developed scales from thirteen viewpoints. The scales were sorted out by evaluating availability of the developed scales. In addition, byusing the good available scales, the present condi ti on and feature of the field of the study on interpersona l co mmunication competence and skil ls scales was showed.
